Bluebird carers played a vital role in looking after our mother in her last few weeks. Mum was very apprehensive about having strangers coming into the home, but even after a couple of days she began to look on M as her friend. It was reassuring for the family that mum had such good care. We were also impressed with the efficiency of the admin and financial side of the operation. Everything was always treated as a 'can do' situation and staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend the Bluebird Care Team without reservation.

I just wanted to drop you an email to say how happy we are with K as our main Carer. She’s very good. She’s experienced and very mature in her approach to everything. She does not shy away from any of the tasks and completely understands why all the tasks are important. She understands the issues, our requirements and mums illness and makes a big effort to help as much as she can.

She is definitely a value to your company. I have now been using your services for nearly a year and K is definitely one of the best carers along with M.

I do express our appreciation to K however if there is a procedure you have for acknowledging or rewarding good carers then K is definitely deserving of that.

I wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff and especially the carers at Bluebird Care for the kindness and help that you have given to my cousin, Frances Hill. 

It has not been an easy year but with your help and consideration we do seem to have a good regime of care for Frances set up now. 

Happy Christmas to you all and thank you again for all your hard work. The job you do is not always easy but I don’t know where we would be without you!

Mum was with you for many years and Bluebird was by far the best care company we dealt with. Mum was very fond of her carers who cared for her extremely well. We all miss her so much. But her passing was relatively quick and pain free, and she was well right up until the final stroke a few days before she died. The stroke happened out of the blue in the evening, and mercifully she never regained consciousness.

Thank you again for all your support through the years.
