From the time we first met the coordinator to the time my aunt went into a home, Bluebird have provided a very good service. Her carer D was extremely patient and caring with my aunt, who's behaviour could be quite challenging. She established a good rapport with her and sometimes very kindly stayed on in her own time to help her.

I would especially like to thank ML and J who are in constant contact with me regarding the carer. B was on leave last week and they both tried to find a good carer in her absence.
 
She has been working hard and making sure that the carers that come for my mother's care are good. Language is a barrier as my mother only speaks Gujarati and Hindi, so she is trying to find one accordingly. Now they know my mother's needs and therefore they are working hard to find a suitable carer for her.
 
They have been fantastic and I hope to receive the same service in future. Please pass on our thanks to both of them.
