Bluebird Care is pleased to announce that they have recently invested in the Everylife PASSsystem and are busy rolling it out across the company. The PASSsystem is a comprehensive online management system that allows Bluebird Care to deliver excellence in customer support and management. It helps us with ongoing assessments, supervisions and the delivery of detailed up-to-date care plans and medical administration.

The system works by providing real-time feedback from the supervisors and care staff out in the field about tasks undertaken for our customers. This allows us to react quickly to any concerns our team might have and keep accurate and efficient records to help monitor our customer’s wellbeing.

My Supervisors no longer spend 65% of their time in the office typing up notes taken at assessment meetings – they do it once with the customer, and get it right from the outset. My Supervisors now spend 90% of their time out in the community – better care, improved support for care workers, and more assessments.
