Bluebird Care Hammersmith and Fulham are having a Garden Party on Wednesday 13th July 2016.This event is to celebrate our 3rd birthday and also let the people of our local community know what services are available to them.
It’s going to be a great day with 2 different school groups and a local preforming arts club coming along to perform.
Entertainment, refreshments and goodies will also be issued on the day. This is a great social event for our customers and are extremely excited for it to happen.
