Bluebird Care Hammersmith and Fulham is owned and managed by Director Miss Soheila Amin. Soheila has a strong academic and professional background in project management of both UK and international projects, in the pharmaceutical industry.

Soheila has always been involved in several community and volunteering projects and her passion for working within the local community means that Soheila has a head for business and a heart for care.

Soheila believes care needs to be customer-centred, to enhance and improve cutsomers independence and standard of life at home. Bluebird Care is a choice for customers in the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham who are looking for a professional, honest approach to providing care to people in the community. Registered Care Manager: Zoe Gencheva

Health Social Care and Mental Health graduate, Zoe developed interpersonal and customer service skills through employment and, in addition to this, acquired excellent communication abilities through her college education. Extensive work with Mental Health, Elderly and Learning Disabilities means Zoe has in-depth experience with compliance and safeguarding, alongside investigating incidents and accidents.

 Zoe has been working in the Healthcare sector for over 10 years. Zoe joined us in January 2017 as a care coordinator and moved up to achieved a senior coordinator role. In June 2019, Zoe was appointed as our Clinical & Specialist Training Officer and in September 2021, Zoe was appointed as our Registered Care Manager.

Service Delivery Officer: Sauda Dawaro

10 years. That is how long I have been working in care. With a biomedical science degree in my bag, I wanted a job that could give me a greater sense of gratification - that is why I decided to take a different path into healthcare.

From my humble beginnings as a carer and working my way Im now proud to be a service delivery officer. It has been a turbulent journey with constant challenges but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Here at Bluebird Care Hammersmith & Fulham, the main focus has always been to ensure our customers and employees get the maximum support, and I am happy to say that even the pandemic has not changed this momentum.

Finance administrator/Accounts assistant: Umair Basharat

My journey in the world of finance started around 2018, I am experienced in financial accounting and have acquired the knowledge through AAT and MBA.  Being Finance Administrator at Bluebird Care Hammersmith & Fulham since May 2024, I have been assisting my team to provide utmost care for Bluebird Care Hammersmith & Fulham customers by managing finance and payroll.

Field Care Supervisor: Naeema

Naeema is our Field Care Supervisor, having joined the team in November 2025. She has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector and has enjoyed working in a variety of roles, including Domiciliary Carer, Live-in Carer, and Care Training Practitioner.
