Not all care companies are the same. Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Caterick are locally owned and managed and we pride ourselves on the care that we provide to our customers.
We believe that excellence in care really matters, and we are committed to providing the highest quality homecare in North Yorkshire so that our customers can remain safely in their own homes.
We deliver support services from our offices and homecare in Bedale, Catterick, Easingwold, Northallerton, Richmond, Stokesley, Thirsk and the surrounding villages, using locally based care assistants.
Our care assistants receive comprehensive induction training and are DBS (police) checked before being personally matched to our customers.
Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), who rated us as good in all five areas of inspection (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led).

Bluebird Care (UK) first opened its doors in 2004 as a small family business dedicated to providing high quality homecare services. We have now grown into a leading care at home provider, delivering around 20,000 visits each day right across the country. Our commitment to delivering the services you want, how you want them, in the comfort of your own home is stronger now than ever.

Bluebird carers are wonderful there friendly, funny, caring no job is to small on my bad days they're patient, understanding, gentle and very aware of my needs, im only 54 so having carers was quite hard for me at first but now I'm so glad I went ahead and look forward to seeing them every morning. On my good days when I'm ready if they have time they'll stay for a cuppa and a natter before there next client they are wonderful people and I'd recommend them to everyone my life is so much better with them in it!!!
