The ‘Bluebird PASS system’, has been introduced to people receiving care in their own homes across Woking, Guildford and Waverley. Once The Pass System app is downloaded onto the care worker’s mobile phone, they can access all customer information. Daily care notes can be written directly onto the phone and the information electronically transferred to our Hipley Street office.
The paperless system lists all notes from a care visit, highlighting what tasks were completed, when they were carried out and details about the overall health and wellbeing of a customer.
Director of Bluebird Care, Guildford & Waverley, Brian Colvin, said:
The new software replaces the need for handwritten notes, which need to be made at each care visit, and would only be reviewed each month, as opposed to each day.
