We are delighted to announce that we are starting a new initiative to allow our field care team experience a taster day as one of our office support team.We are delighted to announce that we are starting a new initiative to allow our field care team experience a taster day as one of our office support team.
We have decided that an experience day would be a good initiative to help field care staff understand some of the complexities involved in the office support team roles; perhaps even spark an interest when future opportunities arise, and to ultimately create a two-way learning experience!
We feel this initiative also ties in with our internal promotion culture, as we always prefer to help our employees develop and progress in their careers, therefore we promote from within our company where possible.
In the first instance we are arranging experience days for interested employees in the Customer Support Manager and the Coordinator roles. We look forward to seeing the results of this new initiative, check back for updates soon!
