Calling All Poets! - What Does Care Mean To You?
In support of their #itstimetocare campaign, local homecare provider Bluebird Care Guildford & Waverly and Rushmoor & Surrey Heath have launched an exciting poetry competition.
In support of their #itstimetocare campaign, local homecare provider Bluebird Care Guildford & Waverly and Rushmoor & Surrey Heath have launched an exciting poetry competition. The theme of the poem is What Does Care Mean To You?
All entries need to be sent in by 6th July and winners will be announced on 10th July.
How to take part:
- Write a poem
- Email the poem to email@example.com or post to: Lion House, Oriental road, Woking, GU22 8AR
(Include the name of the writer, age and contact details)
Winners will receive a craft hamper and a £20 Hobby Craft gift voucher. Poems may be shared on the Bluebird Care social media.

“Our ‘It’s Time to Care’ campaign was launched in response to the coronavirus pandemic. In these current difficult times, we urge you to consider the various care roles that can help vulnerable people stay safe and independent at home.
We are inviting everyone to take part in our poetry competition and tell us, in your own words, what does care mean to you?”
