Over 700 Greenwich runners keep cool, thanks to Bluebird Care
More than 600 runners were kept cool and refreshed last Sunday at the Greenwich Park 5k and 10k Run. Bluebird Care, who provide personal care and support to people living in their own homes across the Royal Borough of Greenwich, sponsored and gave out almost 700 bottles of water to those taking part in the race.

Bluebird Care launches Every Visit Counts campaign
Some 1.3 million older people spend the equivalent of two months a year without seeing anyone, according to a poll. A OnePoll survey of 1,000 over 65-year-olds, found 11% said they spent five days or more a month without seeing anyone. In London, 16% of respondents said they had spent more than a week alone.

We're extremely pleased to have formed a new partnership for 2018! Run Through organise and host events across London, including our own borough. Their monthly, active, keep-fit 5K and 10K races are popular with the public and see more people registering to take part each time.
