Registered Manager - Siham Akka
Siham, our Registered Manager, oversees the daily operations of the care service, ensuring that safe, high-quality, and person-centred care is consistently provided. She leads and supports the care team, ensures compliance with CQC standards, maintains care quality, and oversees staff training to deliver the best experience for our customers. Siham also meets new customers to carry out assessments, understanding their individual needs and planning care accordingly. She works closely with families, staff, and other professionals to ensure the service runs smoothly and effectively.

Care Coordinator's - Yussra Darhmaoui & Toyo Salami
As Care Coordinators, Yussra (Greenwich) and Toyo (Eltham) organise carers’ schedules, manage annual leave, and ensure every customer receives their required visit times. They carefully match carers to customers based on skills, preferences, and continuity to maintain high levels of satisfaction. While they primarily manage their respective areas, Yussra and Toyo sometimes work together to determine the best solutions for scheduling and customer needs. They also liaise closely with both customers and the care team to keep the service running smoothly and provide ongoing support.

Care Supervisor's - Rhoda Sarfo & Kellie Bee
Rhoda (Greenwich) and Kellie (Eltham) are our Care Supervisors, supporting carers in the field to ensure they deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care. They provide guidance, carry out regular supervisions, and ensure carers feel confident while following procedures and each customer’s care plan. Rhoda and Kellie also conduct regular check-ins with customers to monitor satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the service.

Administrator - Sanjani Jayakody
Sanjani, our Administrator, provides essential support to ensure the smooth running of the care service. She manages day-to-day office tasks, maintains accurate records, and assists with recruitment, compliance, and other administrative duties to support both the team and the business.

As Director, Anoop is responsible for the growth and strategic development of the business. She works closely with the Registered Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, high-quality care delivery, and that the service meets both regulatory standards and customer expectations. Anoop plays a key role in guiding the team, driving improvements, and ensuring the long-term success of the business.

Marketing Executive - Terri Gibbs
As Marketing Executive, Terri manages our social media presence, ensuring Bluebird Care Greenwich is effectively showcased online. She attends events to network and promote our services, engaging with customers directly and encouraging their participation to strengthen relationships and raise awareness of the support we provide.
