What it takes to join Bluebird Care
To work with Bluebird Care it is essential that you have a genuine care for others, good communication skills and the ability to understand what each of the roles entails. Care experience is useful but not always necessary as we provide full training.

Health care Assisstants
Bluebird Care Gt Yarmouth and Lowestoft and recruiting Enhanced Health Care Assistants. Applicants must have experience/qualifications of working with people who have poor mental health and well-being. A Level 3 or above in specialist area, or have a Level 2 specialist qualification and working towards the Level 3. Specialisms include: Mental Health and Wellbeing, Dementia Care, Counselling skills.
