Sam Recognised As Care Assistant Of The Year!

Published: 22/05/2019

This week has been very special as we have recognised Sam as our Care Assistant of the year. Sam has been part of the Gravesham & Dartford team for just over two years and is an outstanding member of staff. Sam was nominated by her customers and proud to receive the award at a special afternoon event where we were joined by Cllr David Hurley, Mayor of Gravesend who presented the award.

We have an incredible team who do an amazing job and each year we recognise one person who has consistently gone above and beyond.

As a leading home care provider, this is not only a very important initiative for us but an important initiative for the local community as we strive to raise awareness of those working in home care.

Cllr Hurley explained:
The friendliness and professionalism of your Staff was wonderful, and I was impressed with the care you take with those who need your services.

Thank you for inviting me to present the award and a big well done to Sam!
Care Manager Denise explained:
Sam is a very hard working member of staff who is dedicated to her customers as well as raising her wonderful family. She always wears a smile and is very deserving of this award.

We do have a fantastic team who do an excellent job and whilst it is always difficult to choose who should receive our Care Assistant of the year award, I am delighted to have presented it to Sam.

I would personally like to thank Sam for the way she supports her customers and congratulate her on being nominated!
