Meet our team of care professionals

Denise
Care Manager

Denise wanted to work in a caring role since she was a child and supported a local lady as a private carer before joining the Bluebird Care Team.

As a mother to five children, Denise has over 25 years of experience in a caring role and joined the Bluebird Care Gravesham & Dartford Team over 11 years ago because of the flexibility the role offered.

Denise joined the team in the role of Care Assistant and progressed to working as a Care Supervisor and then Care Coordinator prior to her appointment as Care Manager.

Denise has an NVQ level 5 in health and social care and believes that your sole motivation to work in care must be a passion for people and making a difference in their lives.

Denise is particularly passionate about investing in her team and continuing to strive to deliver a leading, premium, homecare service in the local community.

Tanya
Care Coordinator

Tanya started her career in health care in 2020 after 16 years working as a Supervisor at Sainsbury's.

Looking for a more rewarding role she joined us at Bluebird Care as a Care Professional and was extremely popular with customers and her colleagues.

Wanting to further her career, Tanya progressed to joining our team as a Care Coordinator and is an asset to the team.

In her spare time Tanya likes to read and socialise, also making memories with her family.

Kate
Care Supervisor

Kate has worked in the care industry for over 30 years.

She started her career in care homes before moving on to care in the community as a Care Assistant and Care Coordinator. Kate is very passionate about her job as a Care Supervisor and loves caring and supporting the elderly and vulnerable in her local communities.

She loves going for long walks in the country and restoring her home and garden. Kate has two grandsons called Harry and Charlie who take up a lot of her time.

Kate is very much a royalist and can be found on all the royal occasions.

Annabel
Care Supervisor

Annabel has been working in care for over 10 years, gaining experience in domiciliary care, nursing and residential care homes.

Her passion for looking after others shows through in her role as Supervisor, always supportive, caring and smiling!

Annabel has 3 sons who take up a lot of her time along with her dog Chewie. A very sociable person she loves spending time with friends and hosting BBQs and dinner parties.

Zoe
Operations Manager

Zoe worked as an Activities Coordinator and studied a degree in law before joining the Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells team. Now as Operations Manager, Zoe is responsible for overseeing the outstanding service our staff provide to our customers.

She enjoys her role because of the way that she is able to work closely with our staff and takes great satisfaction from the development of her teams.

In particular, Zoe enjoys her role because of the way she knows that she is making a difference to the lives of our customers.

Tammie
Business Development Manager

Tammie has worked in Health and Social Care for almost 30 years, during this time she have been fortunate enough to work with some great people allowing her to develop and grow both personally and professionally.

A real ‘homebird’, you will normally find her in the kitchen cooking or baking, then on the sofa watching TV and enjoying her baked delights with her family!

Tammie is a proud rugby mum and you will be able to spot her at games, shouting from the side-lines ‘DRIVE IT’.

She is also a proud Mum of her two four legged friends Molly and Rolo, aswell as a cheeky Guinea pig called Charlie. With 3 boys in the house, she also spends alot of time re-stocking the kitchen!

Tammie is extremely passionate about providing the best care provision possible and is pleased to be a ‘Bluebird as well as a ‘homebird’!
