Adam has now qualified as a Community Dementia Link Worker!
Adam expressed a keen interest in developing his knowledge of dementia, with a passion for understanding how different forms of dementia can impact each individual; this is important to Adam in his work. It is also something close to heart as he has personal experience with this diagnosis.
