Naomi, our Home Care Co-ordinators Anniversary!

Naomi Fanstone who is the home care coordinator for Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury has now been with Bluebird Care for 11 years, and is our longest-serving staff member.
Naomi Fanstone has now been with Bluebird Care for 11 years, and is our longest-serving staff member. She joined us initially as a care assistant, and was promoted to the supervisor role after about 18 months. She is now the care coordinator, a role she nobly volunteered for when we had been unable to recruit to a vacancy. Naomi has achieved her level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and is currently taking part in one of the pilot schemes for the Fundamentals of Care training, which will enable us to undertake more clinical skills work. Naomi is really good at project work, and has been instrumental in getting tasks done for the projects we have planned. For instance, we recently had an open day in Brockworth, and Naomi helped to put a lot of the displays together for this, along with other members of the team; they looked really good too. Although Naomi works in the office, she does sometimes go out to deliver care.
