Congratulations to Lyubomira who is Carer of the month for March 2019!

The Carer of the Month for March for Gloucestershire North is Lybomira
Ivanova. Lyubomira provides really good standards of care to customers. She always shows concern for customers’ wellbeing, and reports and records appropriately and in a timely manner. Lyubomira will help out when we are short-staffed by picking up extra calls and shifts on her days off. The office team were particularly grateful to her recently when we had some sickness absence, and she made a couple of early morning calls on the first day of her holiday, before she left for the airport. Her commitment is truly outstanding.
