Congratulations to Abigail who is Carer of the Month for February!

The Carer of the Month for February for Gloucestershire North is Abigail Hayles.

Abi is fairly new to Bluebird Care North Gloucestershire, after relocating to the area from another Bluebird Care. Abi has settled in really well and we have received lots of compliments about her. She is very conscientious, and always willing to learn, and develop her skills and knowledge. She will pick up extra shifts and calls when she is able, and she always reports and records concerns about the customers’ wellbeing in a timely and appropriate manner. Abi has developed very good working relationships with both customers and her colleagues, and has shared her experience and knowledge in team meetings and training sessions. Abi provides excellent standards of care to all the customer's she visits.
