Iris O'Leary has now been with Bluebird Care for 4 years!
Since she started with us, Iris has steadily grown in confidence, and has gained the confidence of the customers she visits. Iris provides excellent standards of care to customers, and is very supportive to colleagues and office staff. She reports and records her concerns appropriately and in the best interests of the customers. Iris has been one of the many carers who have picked up extra shift and calls over a long period of staff shortage and during the Christmas and new year period. She is is always compassionate and caring, carries out her job with a smile and makes time to chat with customers.
ris is very committed to her job and has recently completed her Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, apart from some functional skills tests. Customers have said about Iris:
