Congratulations to Home Care Assistant, Sylvie in Gloucestershire who is Carer of the month for October 2018!
The Carer of the Month for October for Gloucestershire North is Sylvie Pollard.
Sylvie is always reliable, reports concerns appropriately and carries out her duties in a caring, calm reassuring manner. She is very efficient and hard-working, and will always help out with covering extra calls and shifts when she can. Sylvie always has a smile for the customers and has very good working relationships with her colleagues. Sylvie is brilliant with customers living with dementia. For that reason, she does not receive many customer nominations, because they are not able to
complete the nomination form. Customers’ families do sing her praises. Several of her customers like Sylvie so much that they are upset when she is not their carer – however good the alternative.
