Congratulations to Home Care Assistant, Paula!

Congratulations to Paula who is Care Assistant of the Month for November 2018!

The Carer of the Month for November for Gloucestershire North is Paula Trevenna. 

Paula has gone above and beyond this month covering extra calls and staying behind with customer M on a number of occasions to support his needs.  His son said Paula was a great deal of help with M’s assessment as, without her support, he would not have been able to give much information.  He also said that the care provided has been excellent.  Paula is always willing to help out with covering extra calls and shifts when we are short-staffed.  Paula is always observant, and reports and records concerns quickly and appropriately. She always has the customers’ best interests at heart.  Paula has recently been working with new staff as a mentor, and the feedback we receive is that she is always very thorough and explains things very well.  Paula provides excellent standards of care to our customers.

Paula has recently completed her Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and has also passed a Level 2 award in Diabetes Awareness.  Well done Paula
