Sylvie Pollard, Home Care Assistant has been with us for 6 years & Louise Ratcliffe, Home Care Assistant has now been with us for 4 years.

Louise Ratcliffe has now been with us for 4 years. She has a lovely bubbly character, which makes her very popular with customers. She is very caring and professional, and responsive to customers’ needs. She always reports concerns and changing needs appropriately, enabling us to keep care and support plans up to date, and take prompt action to nip health problems in the bud. Customers’ comments about Louise are always positive.

Sylvie Pollard has now been with Bluebird Care for 6 years. She is a
stalwart member of the team, and popular with colleagues and customers. Coincidentally, she has been chosen as Carer of the Month for October. 

Sylvie is always reliable, reports concerns appropriately and carries out her duties in a caring, calm reassuring manner. She is very efficient and hard-working, and will always help out with covering extra calls and shifts when she can. Sylvie always has a smile for the customers and has very good working relationships with her colleagues. Sylvie is brilliant with customers living with dementia. For that reason, she does not receive many customer nominations, because they are not able to complete the nomination form. Customers’ families do sing her praises. Several of her customers like Sylvie so much that they are upset when she is not their carer – however good the alternative.
