Congratulations to Adam who is Carer of the Month!
This month’s Carer of the Month for Gloucestershire
North is Adam Rowles. Adam has only 
been with the company since January, however, we have received a number of compliments from various customers about the quality of his care, including:
Mrs W, whose husband we look after wanted to express her gratitude to Adam in the way that he dealt with Mr W on a day when he was very disoriented. She said Adam was excellent and wanted to express her thanks.
Another customer said he has settled in very well, is intelligent, communicates well, and is quiet, and totally competent.
The care notes from his visits are excellent. All spot checks that have been carried out as part of his training are very positive. Adam has settled in exceptionally well and is already proving to be a great asset to the team.
