Congratulations to Home Care Assistant, Sian!

It's been a very busy month for one of our carers, Sian Emms Carer of the Month for January!

Office staff have said:
Sian provides excellent standards of care to our customers, always reports issues and concerns about customers promptly and appropriately and is always professional and very committed to her job role.

Sian has recently become a mentor to our new care workers and they have given very positive feedback of Sian saying that she is very supportive and takes time to explain things properly, Sian gives excellent feedback to the office team about the new cares which enables us to be able to sign them off as competent on their care certificate during their shadowing training.

Sian has now completed her Community Dementia Link Worker. Donna is extremely proud of her and the other carers. She now has a whole team of Dementia Link workers who can work with Bluebird Care to ensure customers receive person-centered care. Sian has now signed up to achieve the full Dementia Link Award!
