Congratulations to Home Care Supervisors, Joana and Marie!

For December, exceptionally, the management team has awarded Carer of the Month jointly to two of the Gloucestershire North supervisors Marie Compton and Joana Silva!

For December, exceptionally, the management team has awarded Carer of the Month jointly to two of the Gloucestershire North supervisors, Marie Compton and Joana Silva.

Both have only recently been promoted from care assistant to supervisor, and are still growing into the role. They have worked very hard since joining the office team, particularly during the last month, while we have been short of staff due to a period of sickness amongst office staff and care assistants. Joana and Marie have been Jills of all trades, organising the rosters, delivering care, and fulfilling their own duties. Some of the on-call duties have been particularly challenging, seeing them work all day and all evening at times, dealing with phone calls and going out to deliver care, and still working throughout the week in the office. They have worked phenomenally hard, cheerfully, and without 
complaint, and really deserve this acknowledgement of their efforts.
