August has been a busy month, with care assistant Marie Compton reaching her 7th year with Bluebird Care Gloucestershire North and care assistant Joana Silva being promoted to supervisor!

August has been a busy month, with care assistant Marie Compton reaching her 7^th year with Bluebird Care Gloucestershire North and care assistant Joana Silva being promoted to supervisor!
 
Marie Compton has been with us continuously since June 2010 and this would have been her 8th anniversary, but she left us for a short period before becoming one of our most loyal and long-serving care assistants.
 
Marie also happens to be August’s Care Assistant of the Month which you can read here.
 
We were very sad to say goodbye to Anabela Ramos this month who has unfortunately left the team, but we are delighted to announce that Joana Silva has been appointed as supervisor to replace her.
 
Joana has been with Bluebird Care as a care assistant since April 2016 and has always given total commitment to the company and our customers, providing an excellent standard of care. She is very popular with both customers and staff alike and came out on top in a strong field of both internal and external candidates in interviews and case studies.
 
We are confident that Joana will be a valuable addition to the staff team. Joana will begin her supervisor role within the next few weeks, when her pre-existing assignments as a care assistant have been completed.
