Our care assistant of the month for May is Juliana.Juliana was nominated by the office team for being an all-round excellent care assistant. Juliana delivers really good, person-centred care and is quick to notice and report any negative changes in a customer’s health and wellbeing.
We have received some lovely comments about Juliana from our customers;

She is always smiling, and does an excellent job – a joy to have in your home
Juliana is always willing to help out by doing extra calls, or extra shifts on days off to cover absent colleagues.
