Macmillan Cancer Support are inviting people to ‘Go Sober for October’. All of the money raised by those Going Sober this October will ensure that Macmillan are able to help even more people in the fight against cancer.

By signing up to be a sober-hero, you are doing something amazing for people with cancer, but also for yourself! A month without alcohol (maybe with a few small adjustments to your diet and exercise routine) can mean:
  • Better energy levels
  • Weight Loss
  • Clearer Skin
  • Better quality sleep/snoring less
  • No Hangovers
  • Save Money
  • Sense of achievement
  • Generally feeling healthier!
This year our heroes are, Jane Perry, Tracie Stevens, Angie Young and Lauren Craig.

To donate towards the team's efforts, visit their fundraising page. So far the team have raised £75!
