February 2020 Employee of the Month

Heather Gault is our Employee of the Month for February 2020.

Heather joined us just over 6 months ago as the co-ordinator and since then has made a very positive impact in the office, with colleagues and customers alike. She has taken so well to the co-ordinator role and has fitted in seamlessly. She always remains positive with any changes and works in a clam and professional manner.

Shirley McKenzie (Deputy Care Manager), commented; "I listen to her speaking to both customers and carers and she has such a lovely way when dealing with them, which clearly demonstrates how much she truly cares about the needs of everyone.
