A massive congratulations to Aileen McDonald and Diane Rawlinson on successfully completing their 6 month probationary period. Neither ladies have come from a background in the Health and Social Care sector, however nobody would ever of known, unless they mentioned it. Both ladies have settled in with ease and have shown that you are never too ‘young’ to learn new skills. The feedback from their colleagues and customers alike has been fantastic.
Well done once again ladies and here’s to the next 6 months.
