Diane, recently having moved to Scotland from South Africa, has only worked in the care sector for a short period of time, however has certainly made a lasting impression. Diane has had fantastic feedback from the customers she visits and also her colleagues for her ‘can do’ approach and friendly manner. Diane is currently undertaking her SVQ Level 3 qualification and is engaging well with this and has commented how much she has learnt already, by reflecting on her daily work. Only a few months now until Diane will be at the end of her probationary period and fingers crossed, receiving that all important certificate, for pass completing this milestone. Keep up the good work Diane.
