Congratulations to Catherine Boyd has been nominated as Employee of the month for April.

Catherine who is a fine example of our Career Pathway, has been promoted from Care Assistant to Lead Carer and now Support Supervisor in her current post. Catherine was also awarded the Carer of the Year in 2015.

Catherine provides this highest level of support to the care staff and nothing is ever a problem. Catherine shows creativity and innovation in all of her work, however more so recently by adapting some of the induction training she has been conducting. Care staff have also commented how they feel so much more confident after having spent time with Catherine during their observational visits.
