Employee of the Year 2016

Carol Benzie joined Bluebird Care Glasgow South in March 2016 after having worked in the care at home sector for a number of years. 

Carol Benzie joined Bluebird Care Glasgow South in March 2016 after having worked in the care at home sector for a number of years.
 
After having passed her probationary period and achieving all 6 of her SSSC Step into Leadership badges, Carol then won the care assistant of the month in her first month at Bluebird Care Glasgow South.
 
Carol was awarded Bluebird Care Glasgow South’s Employee of the Year 2016 after votes were cast from our customers and care staff. Carol has been rewarded in recognition of her fabulous work and received comments like "my family know and trust her" and "each morning she puts a smile on my face", all made Carol a worthy winner. Carol has been described by many as caring, patient, reliable, honest, committed and able to deal with any situations that arise in a calm and assured manner.
