I just wanted to give my compliments and thanks to one of your carers.
Yesterday I returned home, struggling with numerous shopping bags and two young children and was met by one of your employees who was just leaving my block. She was so friendly and immediately reached out and took some of my bags off me and took them all the way to my door. What a kind gesture. I didn't catch her name but notice she was wearing a Bluebird Care uniform and she told me she had two children of her own. I live in Netherlee, South Glasgow.
