We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspections in February and March.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out over two days on the 10th February and 21st March and we are happy to say that we received an overall rating of ‘good’. Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers. Here are a selection of some of the comments made by our customers:

They know what they are doing and are always on time, polite and stay their allotted time."
It's only been a few weeks, but the help has made such a difference to me. They checked with me to make sure I was happy after the first couple of days."
The staff have been approachable and friendly. I never had carers before and wasn't sure what to expect, but they have been very kind.”

Director of Bluebird Care Gateshead, Katheryn Ranson, commented:

We are very pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. We would like to thank everyone for their loyalty, passion and commitment to delivering the very best homecare and support.”
