Nicola

Nicola Masters, Care Supervisor

With over 29 years Health/Social Care experience and leadership, I now proudly work as a Field Care Supervisor for Bluebird Care. I’m very passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives and love supporting and empowering our local community. Outside of work, I keep active by taking nice walks and doing gardening, which I love. I also have a turtle named Squirtle and 2 budgies called Fred & Lilley. My favourite holiday destination would be somewhere nice and hot, although I do love touring England as well and quite often go on holiday with my grandson.

Rebecca

Rebecca Spanton, Care Supervisor

With over 12 years of experience in the care sector, I am a dedicated and compassionate Care Supervisor who takes pride in making a positive difference in people’s lives. I’m passionate about creating a supportive and happy environment for both clients and colleagues, always bringing warmth, understanding and a sense of humour to my role. Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to three girls, and life is always busy — especially with a cat and dog at home! I love sunshine and travelling, with highlights including Bali and visiting the elephant sanctuary in Ubud. This year is extra special as I’ll be marrying my fiancé in the Dominican Republic. I’m known for loving a good one-liner joke and believe a smile and laugh can truly brighten someone’s day.

Sam

Samantha Whitehouse, Care Coordinator

With over 12 years of experience in the care sector I now proudly work as a Care Coordinator for Bluebird Care. I’m passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives and love supporting and empowering our local community. Outside of work, I keep active by playing ladies’ netball in Dover on Monday nights. I’m a sunshine seeker at heart – holidays must be somewhere hot, which might be no surprise as I’m half Maltese! At home, life is never dull – my daughter has a horse named Egg, and weekends often revolve around riding.
