Celebrating Tracey’s 9-Year Anniversary

Today, we’re delighted to celebrate Tracey’s remarkable nine-year anniversary as part of our Live-in Care team.

From the very beginning, Tracey has brought a level of care, professionalism, and warmth that has made a lasting impact on both colleagues and customers. As a Live-in Care Supervisor, she plays a vital role in ensuring our carers feel supported, valued, and confident in the work they do and she does it all with kindness, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Tracey’s approach has earned the respect and appreciation of everyone she works with. Carers often speak about how she’s the person they know they can rely on, someone who listens, understands, and always finds a solution. Customers and their families feel that same reassurance, knowing she is consistently committed to ensuring the highest quality of care.
