ANNUAL STAFF SURVEY 2022

We are pleased to announce the results of our annual employee survey and delighted with some of the responses received from our staff.

Bluebird Care Exmouth is committed to improving the way we work together to continue with our aim to provide the highest quality home care so that our customers can remain in their own homes. Feedback from our team is vital in helping the management team to get it right and learning from the times when we don’t.

By conducting employee engagement surveys, we provide a platform for our employees to share open feedback about the ‘nuts and bolts’ factors that affect our Care Assistants directly.

The overall feedback suggests really positive results regarding careers receiving appropriate training, sufficient care plan information, and recommending working for Bluebird care to friends and family.

Our staff surveys are a vital part of us understanding what we do well and how we can make things better for our staff. Not only do we listen to their suggestions and feedback, but we act on it too.
