Recognising Our Team

Rachael (photographed) and Rebecca recently celebrated their 4 year anniversaries with Bluebird Care East Devon.

Rachael our HR Administrator recruits our new team members and Rebecca is an Assistant Supervisor supporting staff to flourish in their roles 

Both have been a welcoming and consistent presence in our East Devon team.  They have been part of the team through thick and thin, starting out in our bijou office in Ottery St Mary with just 100 hours a week of support to our prominent offices in Honiton from where they work to deliver over 6,000 hours a month of support!

Although so much has changed they have both remained positive, stable and professional and very much part of the success of East Devon’s “Outstanding” team.
