Care Worker of the Month - June 2016

Kayleigh has been awarded Care Worker of the Month as she has been outstanding with two complex customers on a double handed round.

Kayleigh has highlighted issues and feedback to Business Leader Jackie and Supervisor Jenna some good processes that she has put in place to handle the more complex customer.
