Congratulations to Charlotte, our Care Worker of the Month!
Charlotte has been nominated by her Supervisor Jenna Hill for her outstanding performance in her first few weeks with us. Jenna said that Charlotte has shown real initiative and is a brilliant and natural Care Assistant!
Charlotte's customers have also told us that she goes above and beyond when looking after them which is just fab!
Charlotte has also completed all her practical training for the care certificate in less than one month! Amazing!
