Celebrating and recognising our Exeter Team!

Here at Bluebird Care Exeter & East Devon we know how important our colleagues are to the happiness and wellbeing of our customers.
Here at Bluebird Care Exeter we take time each month to recognise and thank our wonderful staff for their achievements and service milestones.
June and July saw lots of the team from Exeter celebrating long service achievements and on Friday 17th July we had a mini party in the Exeter Office to get everyone together to celebrate and say thanks!
Donna, Frankie and Michelle all celebrated three years service with us – a real achievement as Bluebird Care Exeter is only four years old itself!! These ladies are a real asset to Bluebird Care – often mentoring our newer staff members and acting as brand champions in the local community. Thank you Donna, Frankie and Michelle – here’s to the next three years!
We also had three people celebrating two years service with us; Natalie, Robert and Sheila. Robert and Natalie are two of our most committed Care Workers, always going above and beyond for our Customers to ensure that their needs are met and expectations always exceeded. Sheila works in our Accounts Department and keeps us all in check on a regular basis in the office! Thank you all for your continued dedication to Bluebird Care.
Charlie, Margaret, Nomsa and Lauren are celebrating one year with us. Charlie is one of our Assistant Supervisors in Exeter and is held in extremely high regard by all the Customers and Care Workers she looks after. Margaret is our oldest Care Worker (I know she won’t mind us telling you that!) and is a real hit with our Customers. Nomsa is a Live In Care Worker and consistently receives excellent feedback on how well she gets on with our Customers and enables them to live comfortably and enjoyably in their own homes. Lauren works extremely hard for Bluebird Care, often on night shifts so we sadly don’t get to see her (or her gorgeous little boy) in the office that often – so it’s lovely when she comes in for things like this. Thank you all!
Last but not least, we had Katie D, Katie G and Lydia all celebrating passing their probationary periods. In the short time they have been here they have all made a real impact to the organisation, with excellent feedback received from Care Workers, Office Staff and Customers alike! Katie D is also celebrating her promotion to Assistant Supervisor – so watch out for these three, there are good things to come!
