Celebrating and recognising our office team!

We’ve had a busy week celebrating several of our office team’s long service achievements!

Here at Bluebird Care Exeter and East Devon we know how important our colleagues are to the happiness and wellbeing of our customers but also to the success of our business, that’s why we take time each month to recognise their achievements and to give them a big thanks!

This month saw several of our team from the Exeter and East Devon offices celebrating long service achievements.

Dan and Nicola are both celebrating 4 years with Bluebird Care Exeter - they are two of our longest standing employees having been with us from the very beginning!! They both started as Care Workers in 2011 and through hard work, determination and several qualifications gained between them they are now Regional Training Manager and Senior Coordinator respectively! We are thrilled they are still on board and look forward to the next 4 years! Thanks for all your hard work guys.

Anna and Jenna have just celebrated 2 years each with Bluebird Care East Devon and Exeter respectively - and in that time have both grown from Care Workers to Supervisors and truly are assets to the Bluebird Care Team.

And last but definitely not least, is Emily! Emily has recently passed probation to become our Customer Care Supervisor in East Devon – undertaking all our care assessments to make sure that we deliver the care and support our customers want. She’s done a fab job in the short time she’s been here and we know there are great things to come too!
