The Bluebird Care Exeter team recently hosted a spectacular summer party, bringing together Care Assistants, staff, and their families for an afternoon of joy, appreciation, and camaraderie. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Devon countryside, the event was a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team who have tirelessly provided exceptional care services throughout the year.
The party, held at a spacious outdoor venue, featured a vibrant array of activities and entertainment for all ages. We enjoyed a bouncy castle, and face painting, while we mingled and relaxed, relishing the chance to connect outside the usual professional setting.
In his speech, Will Flint our Director expressed heartfelt gratitude to the staff for their unwavering commitment and hard work. "Our success is built on the dedication and compassion each of you brings to your role every day. Today is about celebrating you and the incredible difference you make in the lives of our customers" he remarked.
The event also featured a short awards ceremony, recognising outstanding contributions and achievements with winners selected by the team. Awards for each Hub were presented and each was met with enthusiastic applause and appreciation.
Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing how much they valued the opportunity to relax and enjoy themselves with colleagues and loved ones. "It’s wonderful to feel appreciated and to have this time to bond with everyone outside of work," said one Care Assistant. "Events like these remind us why we love being part of the Bluebird Care family."
