Meet the team

Ray is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. During his career he has held a number of senior accounting appointments within Industry and the Ministry of Defence.

Ray joined Bluebird care in 2018 as Head of Finance. He is trustee for the Spirit of Normandy Trust a charity looking after the Welfare of Normandy veterans all of whom are now well into their nineties.

Kirsty has come from a management background after working for TUI for the past 8 years.

Debbie has been working with Bluebird Care since April 2016, after working withibn the healthcare sector for over 9 years.  As Training Manager, Debbie works together with all three Care Hubs in Exeter, Exmouth & East Devon to raise the training at Bluebird Care to the next level.

Boudicca joined Bluebird Care in February 2022 after working freelance for them for a number of months. She looks after the digital elements of marketing for our four hubs, Exeter, Exmouth, East and West Devon.
