We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following their recent inspection in March.

We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following their recent inspection in March.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out on 17th and 21st March and we are happy to say that we received an overall rating of ‘good’. Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers and staff members. Here are a selection of some of the comments made:
