Happy Birthday Frank!

We were delighted to help another one of our customers celebrate his 100th birthday recently.

We were delighted to help another one of our customers celebrate his 100th birthday recently.

Happy birthday to our wonderful customer Frank who recently celebrated his 100^th birthday.

Frank is a lovely, friendly and accomplished man, and tells stories about his life to his care assistants.

During the war Frank served in the reconnaissance core in North Africa, going to Egypt, Lybia, Tunisia to name a few, he was wounded and out of action for 8-9months, upon his return he served in the Prisoner of War camps in Ireland.

After the war he got a job at Ford where he worked for 15 years, he left to try and work in insurance but that didn’t work out, so Frank got a job working for the Children Welfare Services, where he fought for the rights for disadvantaged children and was held in high regard.

Frank was married to Peggy and had 3 children, 2 sons and 1 daughter, and he now has 24 grand/great-grandchildren.
