Kevin and Tracey have been shortlisted for ‘Care Employer of the Year’, a notable award that celebrates inspirational and positive employers who go above and beyond every single day for their team. A remarkable achievement, particularly in light of the challenges created over the last eighteen months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Despite these challenges, at Bluebird Care Essex Kevin and Tracey McCormack have been able to guide their team through a successful year.
Effectively using their vast experience since becoming franchise owners in 2008, Kevin and Tracey’s primary goal has been to give their local community “the opportunity to enjoy the highest quality of life and independence through the provision of professional care.” And, with passion and drive to achieve this goal, alongside creating a positive work environment for their team, Bluebird Care Essex have been able to continue to deliver on this promise, irrespective of the circumstances.
The award ceremony will take place at the Athena in Leicester on 2nd December 2021
