A Huge Thank You!

Last week saw us come face to face with the 'Beast from the East'. Unlike many other forms of employment, as home care providers it is not an option for us to stay indoors and not provide the service our customers so deserately need.  The incredible level of team work, determination and compassion shown by care and office staff carried us through this some what tricky period.  The directors have recognised the performance of all working staff over the past few days and have funded small gestures of gratitude (see image) and sent out the following message.  

Tracey and I would like to say a massive Thank You to everyone who has worked so hard this week in such difficult conditions.
Unlike many other forms of employment, it is not an option for us to stay indoors and not provide the service our vulnerable customers desperately need.
In many cases our staff are the only people they see and they completely depend on them turning up.
We believe that as a group our performance has been outstanding this week through the efforts of all of you.
We have managed to care properly for the vast majority of our customers and I know they are very grateful.
We have received many messages of thanks and gratitude for those of you who have really gone out of your way.
 
Once again Thank You to all of you, we really do appreciate your commitment and dedication.
