Franchisee of the Year 2017 finalist

At Bluebird Care Essex West we are proud finalists of "Franchisee of the Year 2017". Managing Directors and joint owners Kevin and Tracey McCormack collected the award at the Bluebird Care annual confrance on behalf of our Essex West office.

Our Essex West office was named a finalist at the Franchisee of the Year 2017 awards for one of Britain’s biggest providers of homecare services in the UK, Bluebird Care.

At Bluebird Care’s 11th Annual Conference, the Bluebird Care Essex West franchise, whose office is in Brentwood, was competing for Regional Franchisee of the Year 2017. 

From over 35 Bluebird Care offices across the region, the franchise was nominated for the prestigious award along with two others. The franchise owner’s Tracey & Kevin McCormack attended the ceremony on behalf of the Essex West team at September’s Annual Conference.

The nomination was received as a recognition of the team’s dedication towards its customers, as well as the consistent high level of service demonstrated by staff. The franchise placed as a runner up for the regional award, after having been submitted to a strict selection process. A scoring system was used to identify the franchises that excelled in their business and went above and beyond in 3 key areas; business development, quality audits and finance. From staff retention to regulatory compliance, website management to adherence to payment schedules, the franchises who were shortlisted for the awards were able to demonstrate exemplary practice across the board.

After the awards, Bluebird Care Essex West franchise owner’s Tracey & Kevin McCormack said:
